Is this every review RCM has?
No. This page shows a selection and the Google listing holds the full set, which is why the link to Google is there rather than buried. Google returns a handful at a time, ordered by what it considers most relevant rather than most recent, so the ones here will not always be the newest. Nothing has been filtered for flattery at this end, and no quote is composited or invented.
What should I actually take from them?
One theme, and it is worth more than the star count: they mention turning up when promised and working the problem until it was solved, rather than being cheap. On a hot water call-out that is usually what decides whether the job goes well, because the cost of a second visit and a wrong diagnosis dwarfs the difference between two quotes.
Can I speak to a previous customer?
Ask when you call. For a larger job, particularly a system changeover, that is a reasonable thing to want and Richard will arrange it where the customer is happy to be contacted. It is not something we can promise in advance on a page.
