The guidance on this site describes how hot water systems generally behave and what usually matters when choosing between them. It is written to help you ask better questions, not to diagnose your system from a distance.

Every property is different. Existing connections, available space, roof orientation, household demand and the condition of what is already installed all change the right answer. Nothing on this site should be treated as advice specific to your property until we have actually looked at it.

Do not attempt work on gas, electrical or pressurised components yourself. That work is licensed in Queensland for good reasons.

Submitting the quote form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not book work.

A quote we give you is based on the information available at the time. Where that information came from photographs rather than an inspection, something found on site can change it, and we will tell you before proceeding rather than after.

Any price, inclusion or timeframe becomes binding only when it is in a written quote we have given you for your job.

Nothing on this site or in any quote excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees you have under Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees apply regardless of what any document says, and they sit alongside any manufacturer warranty on the equipment we install.

If something we have done is not right, tell us. We would rather fix it.

Where we link to government or manufacturer information, we do so because it is the authoritative source and you should be able to check it yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, which can change after we have linked to it.

Where we cite a figure from an official source, we have said where it came from so you can verify it rather than take our word for it.
